Use two or three in a row, about 600 mm apart centre to centre, with the bottoms 750 to 850 mm above the surface.

A small pendant can replace a bedside lamp. Hang it about 500 to 600 mm above the bedside table.

On a 2.4 m ceiling over a table, it hangs about 850 mm from the ceiling. It can hang up to 5,029 mm under higher ceilings, but keep 2.1 m clear where people walk underneath.
