Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some products at Storey Collection are available on pre-order with a 50% deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is charged to your original payment method once your item has arrived and been inspected, before it's dispatched.

• If you cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value is deducted from your deposit and the rest is refunded.
• If we can't fulfil a pre-order, for example because the supplier discontinues the item, we'll refund your deposit in full.
• If the balance payment fails, we'll contact you, and your order won't be dispatched until it's paid.
