All of our products are stocked in a New Zealand warehouse. As a small local business with a carefully curated (and ever-growing) range of lighting and homewares, we don’t hold every item onsite. Every order comes through our hands first, giving us the chance to personally inspect your pieces before they head your way.
Because we care about what arrives at your door. Our fittings are sourced from trusted makers overseas, but we personally inspect each piece to ensure it meets our quality standards and is exactly as expected.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 working days
Your order will be included in our weekly warehouse shipment and carefully dispatched after a full quality check.
Expedited Shipping: 5–10 working days
Need it a little faster? We’ll prioritise your order with next-day warehouse dispatch, so it’s on its way to you sooner.
(Delivery times may vary depending on your location or courier delays, but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address. Oversized orders may incur additional freight charges.
We ship most orders via Post Haste. Oversized items or large orders are sent with Mainfreight to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched after our inspection, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your home.
Yes! Orders can be collected from our Nelson Showroom during opening hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
In the rare case something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update your delivery details.
While we do our best to keep our website accurate, from time to time small errors can occur and product numbers may be listed incorrectly. In the rare event that an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible to find a solution; whether that’s a refund, a replacement, or an alternative option you’ll love.
Yes. All fittings are factory converted to meet AU/NZ Electrical Safety Standards, and Supplier Declarations of Compliance (SDoCs) are available for your records and peace of mind.
