How it works

1. Find the same product for less at another authorised New Zealand retailer.
2. Send us the link through our contact page before you place your order.
3. We check the price, then confirm your matched price so you can order.

The fine print

• It must be the same product: same brand, model number, finish and size.
• The other retailer must be authorised by the brand's New Zealand distributor and selling new stock in New Zealand.
• The other price must be publicly advertised, current and in stock. We compare prices including GST and delivery to the same address.
• Not included: clearance, ex-display or outlet items, trade or project quotes, marketplaces such as Trade Me, and overseas or grey-import sellers.
• Price matching applies before you order. We confirm the other price before matching, and it is one claim per product per order.
