Size and placement
Get the height right
Typical mounting heights. Your electrician will confirm the final position.
-
Ceiling height
It hangs 262 mm, leaving about 2.14 m below on a 2.4 m ceiling. For lower ceilings, a flush mount is the better choice.
-
Halls and landings
Space them 2.4 to 3 m apart, starting about 1.2 m in from each end of the hall.
-
Larger rooms
In rooms longer than about 4 m, two evenly spaced lights give more even light than one.
