Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 5–10 business days. Items in stock in our showroom are often dispatched the next business day, so you can receive your purchase even sooner.

Since our collection includes items that may be fragile or oversized, shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Rest assured, we take extra care to package your items securely and ensure reliable delivery.

For oversized or special items, delivery is handled by Mainfreight, while general items are shipped via PostHaste. In rare cases, we may contact you to confirm additional shipping details or discuss any extra charges for unusual delivery addresses.

Delivery Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can easily monitor its progress.
